SEBA Bank, the Swiss-based crypto bank, has appointed Amy Yu as CEO of its APAC division. Yu will initially be located in Singapore. She previously worked at Genesis as APAC head of sales. Prior to her move into the digital assets space, Yu supported the development of J.P. Morgan’s prime services business in APAC.
SEBA Bank recently opened a Hong Kong office as part of its APAC expansion plan. It has recently partnered with Hashkey, a regional provider of digital asset management and blockchain solutions, to accelerate the institutional adoption of digital assets. The APAC market has one of the world’s highest adoption rates of cryptocurrency, with Singapore and Hong Kong being regional hubs.
