Copper, the UK-based digital assets custodian, has appointed Tim Neill as chief risk officer. Reporting to Copper’s COO, Sabrina Wilson, he joins from Mastercard, where he was CRO for its new payments platforms division and head of risk for product and engineering, covering new payments platforms, digital banking and CBDCs.
