Fireblocks has acquired BlockFold, a smart contract development and consulting firm specialising in tokenisation projects for financial institutions. The acquisition enhances Fireblocks’ tokenisation capabilities to provide clients with a complete service layer that includes advisory, token customisation, orchestration, and distribution through the Fireblocks Network. Fireblocks will continue collaborating with its tokenisation partners Bitbond, Securitize, Securrency, Tokeny, and others to create an open tokenisation marketplace for clients needing support for specific use cases.
