Copper.co, the UK-based provider of institutional digital asset custody, collateral management and settlement solutions, has appointed Stefano Maestri as chief technology officer, Sam Goh as chief financial officer, and Sam Brown as general counsel.
Prior to joining Copper, Maestri was CTO at Clarivate. Before Clarivate, he spent 12 years at IHS Markit as CTO for the financial services division of the company. Sam Goh joins Copper from his previous position as SVP, finance, at Onfido, an AI-based digital identity company. Sam Brown, who has been acting general counsel since February 2023, is now confirmed as general counsel.
Copper recently announced a strategic realignment focused on its custody, collateral management and settlement solutions and its off-exchange trading and settlement network, ClearLoop.
