Talos, a New York-based provider of institutional digital asset trading technology, has raised USD105m in a Series B funding round that values the company at USD1.25bn. The round was led by private equity firm General Atlantic, with participation from investors in both the traditional finance and digital asset spaces. New investors included Stripes, BNY Mellon, Citi, Wells Fargo Strategic Capital, DRW, SCB 10x, Matrix Capital Management, Fin VC and Voyager Digital, Graticule Asset Management Asia and LeadBlock Partners.
